  1. Heres the dilly yo!In japan there is a cellular carrier whom produces cell phones where you can click on a name on your phone book and find that persons location on a map ,With there permission of course . Then there is vehicle tracking .there are many sites that will sell the software and the transmitters for a fair price .Type in "asset tracking" . This month or the next Walmart of all places with be selling a new cell phone kidtrack or somethign like that . You can find where the kids is assuming he has the phone by looking at a map online for a simple fee of $20 a month and the kids will have 200 minutes . So if you really wanna track you girlfried throw one of these in the back seat of her car. Wait maybe you really dont want to know where shes going !!! Jimbo

Hi, I have the VZ navigator cell phone .It downloads maps for all 50 states and has gps coords, elevation color and turn by turn directions ,also I can snap a picture and emails it to you for a quarter . The only thing that sucks is I have to find the general area and walk around watching the lat and long till i find the cache . Jimbolyla
  3. Hi, I have the VZ navigator cell phone .Its rather new . Ill tell you how I use it to track and tell me if it is similar to the way you do it with your handheld units. I do the search and find coords in my area then view a map of the area on google local . Then i have my GPS phone find a map of the area and I move the cursor to the area I see on the google map . Then I can view location details , its shows lat and long coords so atleast I know the general area then I go there and walk around with my phone in my hand and watch the lat and long change it usually takes about 15 minutes to find a cache Ive found 2 with the kids they are having a blast I wonder if anyone else uses this or can give me a tip . The service is $10 a month for the GPS feature and it has voice turn by turn directions . Also can someone lead me to a way to see the lat and long grid so I know which directions to walk when trying to increase a coord like 53' 67.89"n and im looking for 54' 90.90 do I walk north? Thanks Jim
