  1. I contacted Groundspeak, they said that they were aware of the problem and would fix it soon.
  2. I was able to create a list but cannot add anything to it. I am planning a trip and I need this function. Anyone else?
  3. Now that I'm finally back home in NY I have a few tips for anyone planning on doing the ET solo. First, plan on at least five days to do the entire run plus the alien head and saucer. I was only able to average about 350 caches per day, the endless getting in and out of the car just wears you down as the day progresses. Do the desert section at the end backwards, it puts the caches on the same side as you. Bring LOTS of extra food and drink, I had stocked up but still ran out. Be extra careful and traffic wary on the Rt6 section, it's much more heavily traveled than the ET, and the trucks are all doing 80+. I found it to be the slowest section due to the heavy traffic, DON'T pull out if there are ANY vehicles in sight. They are coming at you much faster than you think. Other than that, have a great and memorable time, I sure did.
  4. I'm heading out to Carson City for Christmas and New Years, I'm hoping to do some or all of the ET during the week in between. If anyone else is going to be there during that time and wants to team up let me know.
  5. If anyone in central NY is interested, Mama Bear and I are driving up to the GeoMaze in Canada on Saturday the 19th. We have room for two more people and are leaving from Auburn. E-mail me if you are interested in joining us.
  6. The Event is set, 5:00pm at Doug's, hope to see you there.
  7. On Saturday June 20th several cachers from the Syracuse area are planning a group hike down to the EDGCT GeoGolf course. This course was created by Cortland area cacher bubbaduck along a section of the Fingerlakes Trail. (see GC1EAE8 for more info) Anyone interested in joining us is welcome. We will be meeting at the first hole on Pipeline road at 11:00 am. We plan on ferrying some cars to the far end of the course and then playing through. We expect the hike to be about 3 hours, so eat first and remember to bring water. There may be an event after at a local eatery, so watch the event calender.
  8. Good luck on your move, I hope to see you and the family at future events, but for now happy trails!
  9. Hey Vargseld, great coin. Now that I have moved back to Auburn maybe I can buy one of these?
  10. Hi Pete, I will add one of my Black Nickel LE personal coins to the list, I'll be there so I'll give it to you when I see you.
  11. I have a non trackable trade only personal coins that I would love to trade for one or both.
  12. I havn't seen any spots, but I accidently ran one of my LE black nickel coins through the wash and all of the black came off, now it's just nickel colored.
  13. OK, My guess is: 1. May 26th 2. 1:00 am 3. 6.6 pounds 4. I'm so cute, give me a coin.
  14. Thanks for all of the suggestions, I have a binder of cache pages, over 200, that I am planning on going after. I will be out there for 9 days and have a planned trip for every one but Christmas Day. Aside from the downtown Vegas area I have planned trips to Zion, Death Valley, Red Rocks, and Hoover Dam. Caching in the daylight and living it up at night, best plan for a vacation I could think of.
  15. I am spending the Christmas holiday in LasVegas and will be doing alot of caching while there. I have a personal coin that I only trade or leave in caches, if anyone will be around and has a personal coin they want to trade pm me, we can meet up for a trade. (Or you could just try to pick one up from one of the caches I drop it in, but I only drop them randomly.)
  16. I'm visiting LasVegas for Christmas too, maybe we will run into each other at a cache somewhere.

  18. I'll be wanting two of each type coins, I'm driving down Sat. so I can be there for the hike on Sun. definatly be at Krough's. see you all there.
  19. If I get back from upstate by then I will join you, I have been wanting to get the two aircrash caches for quite some time. Also, one of the local cachers just put out three new caches along the road to the trail head, so everyone could get at least five caches for the day.
  20. I have a King #66 and a 10 #66 for trade, I need an ace (of course). Any one trying for #66? I'm heading down to GW5 tomorrow, I'll have them there. I'll be checking my e-mail while I'm gone.
  21. Well, I received mine today, and I can attest to the truly randomness of the packaging. I pre-ordered ten coins, as the mintage suggested that 1.5 in 10 should be aces. Of course that's where the term random comes in. Just because the percentages are in your favor, like in the game of poker, luck still plays a major part in your success. My hand: 3 tens, 3 jacks, 1 queen, 3 kings, and no aces. Bummer, anyone have an ace to trade?
