Turn Left....No Right...No I mean Left! Dangit Listen to ME!!!!

Has anyone seens the new show Treasure Hunter on NBC? I saw it Sunday and got really into it. I think it would be awesome to be able to travel like that. I know that the contestants carry GPS' because #1 I saw them with it and #2 Magellan is sponsoring the show (per the commercials). I guess the show is sort of like one big multi cache to get you to the final Treasure. What do you think about the show? The next show comes on Monday (06-26-06) @ 9:00 PM (EST). I think that there is a repeat of last weeks show that comes on at 8:00 PM (EST). For those of you who have seen the show...what do you think?

We find a lot of geocoins here in North Carolina in caches. They seem to be everywhere. I have found one myself as a FTF prize and acctivated it and placed it in a cache. nvcw

I agree! Google Maps rock...especially for planning out a trip. I have been wondering about where it has gone for a while now. I am glad I checked out this forum to see that it is back up because I have been doing the hard way (going to each cache page to see where it is). Thanks!

The new google maps ROCK! Mapquest is HORRIBLE when it comes to mapping. Obviously this is just my opinion so don't hold it against me. I love the google maps feature because it lets you see all of the caches in the vicinity of the cache you are looking. It is 10 times easier than clicking on each individual cache to see where it is located. BRING GOOGLE MAPS BACK!

I tried to find some caches in the area with the google maps that used to be up on geocaching.com Anyone know where it went? Mapquest is horrible! I like google maps because you can see all of the caches in the area and you can click on them and go to the cache page. Has it been changed to a premium member feature? Any feedback would be appreciated. NVCW
