  1. Hi BitBrain!

I just looked at the website describing and picturing Poison Ivy. No wonder it's hard to ID, as it morphs it appearance through the seasons.

I understand from a work friend, that his goats luv the stuff. If we were to let a dozen or so roam freely out at Herb Parson's Lake for a month, there'd be nothing left after a season! icon_biggrin.gif

I can proudly attest that there is NO poison ivy/oak/sumac around my Armageddon cache!

  3. To be honest, I had thoughts to getting the emblem stiched on a denim shirt pocket or on a patch that can go on the upper sleeves.

I resently heard though that they may be selling patches now, so I was looking to see if I could find the legit real macoy first! icon_biggrin.gif

  5. I'd defer publicly to a ruling from the big guy Jeremy, but as long as you were doing it just for the family and a few friends ...AND were deriving NO profit from the expense of doing up a couple of t-shirts for the sake of being unique.

I couldn't see how he could be upset.

I would put the www.geocaching.com below the logo though. In a sense, you would be a walking advertisement, and be no different than spreading the word about this sport, much as we already do.

Did you send Jeremy an e-mail? I understand that he's a bit swamped these days.

  7. If we ever crached one, I think the Tupperware rep wouldn't be prepared for our onslaught of questions:

    1) "How well will this hold up against a bear..."?

    2) "To what degree is this watertight?"

    3) "Forget the sandwich containers sister, what have y'got in the way of 2 gallon containers that can fit in a stump?" icon_biggrin.gif

  9. We have a number of turtle bayou's around here where I'm sure the turtles would really appreciate a ready-made faricated home like that! icon_biggrin.gif

I'd specify in the cache text though that the cache IS creatively camoflaged, and specify the pick 'other' when specifying the cache type/size.
