  1. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year...
  2. Old Glory peak is the highest summit of the 7 Summits, located outside Rossland, BC. Canada. Each of the 7 summits has a cache located near the top, and Old Glory has a few caches scattered about. You can barely see an abandoned meteorlogical building at the peak. Myself at Old Glory summit.
  3. There has been some memorable lines from some of the “geocides” I’ve read over the years, but my favorite was from BobLog who wanted to create a geocache filled with old/unused doctor prescribed medications for people to trade. When his idea was quickly rebuffed here in the forums, he shot back with, “hay clueless jerkazoids I'm not talking about dispenseng the medicine. The doctor already did that. just giving it to people who need it. what is the big deal. its already proscribed.”
  4. I didn't see that last post which explains everything. Thanks for the link doingitoldschool.
  5. Project Blue Sky was set to launch in mid to late august, but I haven't heard, and can't find any information on the subject. Does anybody know if it's been delayed or cancelled?
  6. Coca Cola. My name is Paul, and I have a coke problem thanks for the contest.
  7. Thanks for the cointest, Steelers - 24 Cardinals - 10
  8. I was fortunate enough to be present at that event when Cache Effect came out of the closet. I also saw the geocoin, and I must say, it's faaaabulous!
  9. I find winter caching in the snow to be just as much fun, too bad most of the caches are buried under snow. Built my first snowman of this winter while out geocaching, he's holding a GPS in his hand. Also - don't eat the yellow snow
  10. I know it's nasty, but how 'bout a Flesh Wound Geocoin
  11. Order placed. Great geocoin design!
  12. Cool coin , nice job on the artwork Jayman!
  13. Well done TOMTEC . Canadian kayaker Adam van Koeverden is correct, over to you. PM me your address if you'd like the Geocaching permits.
  14. He is a four time olympian, gold and silver medalist, also has seven world championship medals - Canadian Bobsledder Pierre Lueders. Unfortunately, nobody bobsleds to geocaches, so lets try sombody more appropiate. Name this Canadian who's sport could be used while geocaching. As an added incentive - The winner will receive a free pair of wallet sized, laminated Canadian Geocacher Permits
  15. How about a hint. He's a Canadian winter olympian.
  16. Good, but tough question Yorkshire. Next question - tell me the name of this Canadian;
  17. While geocaching in Cranbrook BC, Canada, we pulled off the road to check a road map and read about the next upcoming cache site. Unfortunately I didn't realize how soft the shoulder was.
  18. We started our search on the wrong side of the river. Brrrr, that water is cold!
