I would love to see the coords on the email you get of a "New Cache Notification". It would sure make it nice for the FTF hounds, like myself that have them sent and are able to get there emails on there cells.

What I would do is just go to Radio Shack or any place like that and buy a cigirette lighter plug set up and mout it. They come 1, 2 and 3 sockets, plus thar way you even charge your cell phone or any other item that plugs in when needed.

Well if its late due to an act of god you should sue the Cathlic church and any other since they claim to represent god.

Today my caching buddy and myself were out caching. We went to a cache I had in my GPSr that I had downloaded from GSAK not knowing the cache was archived. But the stangest thing was we found another cache within feet from the old cache. We opened the cache and there were no logs, we thought we had founs the beloved FTF. After trying to log it we founs that the cache had not been published yet. My biggest question is does this still count as an FTF or what. How many others have run in to this? Now we just need to wait for the cache to be published. The strange part was on the log was the placed date. All the way back to the Dec 26, 2008.

I'm hosting a large event July 16-19, 2009 in Wyandotte, OK and we are currently looking for some really large travel bugs to have on display for discovery at our event. If anyone is able to help us with this mission please drop me a email at worldgeogathering@gmail.com.

We're still looking for speakers for The World Geo-Gathering 2009. Right its looking like we might have Mout10Bike speaking either about the early days of caching or about his Northwest Trails GPS Maps. And I'm sure he'll be bringing GeoCoin 001. Thats right the GeoCoin that started it all!

There are many things non-geocaching related to do in the Wyandotte area to do. Like what type of things and how far of a drive would be willing to drive. As soon as our website goes oneline, I'll be sure to list that information.

We maybe after the 1st of the year. Maybe the holidays are just holding them up.

Well has this been fixed yet. Are non-PM's able to log PM caches again yet?

I may not of put on large Geocacheing events, but I have put on many large paintball event that have drawn over 300 - 600 in attendence. I've also been part of the event board of the world largest paintball event "The Oklahoma D-Day" that draws over 5000 each year. So working on large events are not a problem for me.

This event will be listed on GC.com 6 months out from the event. Our website will be up with 3 weeks. Right now we are currently working up more details on this fun filled event.

We are not trying to take event goers from any other event. We have no ties with Geowoodstock, our event name is "The Geo-World Gathering". Geo-World Gathering is not a registered trademark of Geowoodstock.

We will have over 100 event exclusive caches on-site. Some will be listed on GC.com after the event with the land owners approvale. Must most will only temporary caches for this event. Plus there are many other caches in the surrounding area that are listed on GC.com and many more will be added up to the event by our event staff.

We never said anything about linking our store to our event site.

July 16-19, 2009 IdahoGI with the D-Day Adventure Park is proud to present The World Geo-Gathering 2009. An event for all GeoCachers regardless of physical ability. We will place over 100 event exclusive caches for this event. They will range anywhere from 1/1 to 5/5. The event will also include: • Vending – Vendors from all over globe will be in attendance for this event. • Event Meet & Greets – Chance to meet other cachers from all over the globe. • Fun & Games – Fun and games for young and old will consist of Cache Packing Races, Geo-BINGO, Name The Cacher, Ammo Can Painting and much, much more…. • Classes and Seminars – We are still working on classes and seminars at this time. • Live Auction - We will be auctioning off some fabulous items that were donated by sponsors and other generous folks. A professional auctioneer will be on hand to make this an unforgettable experience. • Event Exclusive Cache Race – The coordinates will be released on Friday Night and Saturday Moring for everyone.
