  1. If the owners of the unique mailbox category are unwilling to include these, then by all means we need another category that WILL accept them. I find these fascinating and have been thinking of starting my own personal collection of mailbox designs that I've seen in my travels.
  2. I would like to see ANY site of an old fort included. Just because there might not be a ruined or restored structure still standing doesn't make it any less interesting.
  3. DresselDragons said to email if interested...so I did. (This should bump the topic back to the first page, too.)
  4. When I added it to my collection, "Old Man Winter" was the obvious name. So, by consensus, it is now officially named. OK? --SirGerald
  5. I certainly want to arrange a trade, too, so count me in, please. --SirGerald
  6. It looks like I MIGHT be in time for the last one. Email sent. --SirGerald
  7. Everyone who has done mine have had good things to say. And, yes, you COULD have a prize. Entering the Solution Code Word could get the player the coordinates to a bonus cache with prizes in it. It's up to you. You're not reading it wrong. It is intended to be a SIMPLE activity. If puzzle caches (without an actual logbook) are a problem to have approved, there is no reason that an actual container can't be placed at the CLOO game published coordinates. As suggested by someone else, it could even contain a supply of worksheets to help with the game. --SirGerald
  8. Hey Chef_cache_alot, I love that coin. I'll be getting at least one regular one thru COOL, but I'd like to trade one of my gold LE coins for one of your LE coins. Would that be OK? --SirGerald
  9. I have a fun little GPS related game that I've modified so that it can be set up practically anywhere. Right now, it's only in three cities in Utah. I'd like to see that change. Check out the game page: CLOO Game Page Would you like to Host a CLOO Game in your area? Check out this page that describes what would be required to make it happen: Setting Up a CLOO Game If you have any questions, just email me.

  11. Hi fellow Wooden Nickel Traders, I just sent out few emails to recent posters on this thread. However, I'd also like to set up trades with any others with wooden nickels or poker chips to trade. Check out my Wooden Nickel/Poker Chip trading lists at: http://www.utahgeocachers.com/GeoCoin/GeoC...play&OwnerID=85 If there is something I have that you want, and something you have that I don't, well then lets trade. --SirGerald
  12. Let me also get one of those DELightful DELugly coins. Utah caches desperately need another coin moving around. I'd be honored to start one on its way for you. --SirGerald
  13. I've already traded sig items with you. Now I need to trade geocoins. Put on your list of trades for 1 coin. --SirGerald
  14. OOOHHH! That sounds like a really nice design. I love dreamcatchers. Put me on your list for a trade, OK? --SirGerald
  15. I will be doing the same thing for another group soon. If anyone has the PHP/mySQL code and are willing to share, I'd appreciate getting a copy. It would save me reinventing the same wheel. --SirGerald
  16. I'd like to trade my personal coin, too. It IS trackable but not ot gc.com. It it trackable on the UTAG Geocoin Tracker. I have a gold LE version that I use for personal trades. I'd LOVE to add your coin to my collection. --SirGerald
  17. I'd like to trade for one of those. I'd like to see it in black nickel. It would look a lot like the artwork displayed and would be awesome. What's the best way to arrange a trade for one of these coins?

  19. Does this mean you won't be trading for other personal coins?
  20. OK, I'll post this again for any new collectors that haven't seen it yet. You can order a SirGerald geocoin (or two) at: http://sirgerald.netfirms.com/Geocoin/CoinPayments.php But, they may not last too much longer, I don't have too many left. --SirGerald
  21. Hey, I'd love to trade for one. Why the need to guage interest? Any coin produced these days will have significant interest and will sell or trade well. Don't delay. Get 'em made now. --SirGerald
  22. They look great. Good luck with finals. I'll wait patiently for you to be able to mail out your trades. --SirGerald
  23. Yes, I have one. I picked it up a long time ago because I collect sig items. I was never sure if it qualified as a geocaching sig item or not. Thanks for the validation. BTW: How do I include the photo in the quote box?
  24. If the order page took my money, does that mean I get coins? Or does it mean the order page wasn't shut off in time? If I was too late ordering, could I still make a trade for one? Just curious with my fingers crossed. --SirGerald
  25. Hey, have a GREAT caching trip. I, too, am leaving today for a week of cachin' and relaxin'. When you get back, let's arrange a trade of your coin for mine. I know you are buying a couple of my silver ones, but I have a gold version just for trading. --SirGerald
