The way I do it is that I just use File/Export -> GPX and then save the resulting gpx - file into the [garmin device]/Garmin/GPX - folder. There is also a plugin for gsak which does this automatically, but I haven't used it. Take a look at: http://garmincolorado.wikispaces.com/Geocaching#toc2
