I'm Spruce

I've gotten a bit more interested in TBs recently and have been wondering what other people do when they encounter caches with multiple TBs. Assuming that the TB has a goal of "I just want to travel", how to do you choose which one(s) to take? How many do you move? Do you take them with a future goal in mind? Do you take them based on who has been at the cache the longest? Is it completely random??? Recently I've been thinking about moving ones that have been stuck for a while in area caches and move 'em back out east in the New Year.

I once found a roll of duct tape in a cache... which was ironic because the cache container had large crack running along it's side. (Yes, I fixed the container with the duct tape). I've left eye-glass repair kits every now and then.

"I'm Spruce" comes from a summer-long running gag at my summer camp. Each of the councilors come up with their own camp-name, mine was simply "Spruce" (gotten from the misidentification of a tree). About halfway through the summer the other stuff (most of 'em about five years younger) started shouting that they were Spruce. Finally it started off a version of the camp classic "There ain't no flies on us".

I'm a long time enjoyer of our provincial parks and am new to the wonderful world of Geocaching. How can help to get geocaching in our provincial parks? Is there a letter writting campain to the Minister of Natural Resources going on? If this question has already been answered, than my appologies (I did check through the previous three pages of posts), and could you than point in the right direction for an answer.
