When installing maps, either Magellan or Garmin from the cd to an sd card using a card reader-writer, will the new maps overwrite the existing information on the sd card, or will the new information continue to fill the card before overwriting the old? Thank you.

Is there some way to determin the number of map segments, especially in mapsource topo 2008, with out having to count them? An example would be a list of map segments in a particular state. If so where would I look to find this? Thanks John

I thought that the 2025 map segments limit was only for the topo maps

I have read in this forum, where there seems to a problem with the glue holding the rubber material covering the control buttons does not hold well, especially in the heat in the etrex line.

I thought that in theory, the cords. should be on top of the cache.
