Almost every Mod I know is both fair and stern. They give formal warnings when necesary. They do not abuse their privlages and respect the people's posts. Most Mods actually let lots of little things go. If they followed the rules to the letter we would all be banned. ~.~Scare Force One

Beacuse hint's ar encrypeted I think most cache's should have hints. The way I do things is; I have the cache page with me. I start without the hint, but if I can't find it I dycrpt it and use it. That way it's up to the dinder to decise wether they want to use a hint or not. ~.~Scare Force One

If you don't like a cache their is no rule that says that if you don't find 1 puzzle cache every year or you will be banned from the site. Just avoid puzzle caches and you will be fine. ~.~Scare Force One

You can't really make placing cache's at a certain place mandatory. You could suggest to people that you would like to see cache's in X area but makeing them mandatory is not possible. ~.~Scare Force One
