If a fellow cacher can't remember their password for geocaching what can they do?

I have sent in to lumbricus - The A Team Leader with after filling in all text on the first page it comes back with You must enter a numeric answer It has been 2 days with not response. I would like to know what I need to do next to complete my new waymark.

Where am I to find the missing benchmark and waymark in the new search?

I have used the Viewer on Google Earth to find Delorme grids and caches in counties that I need. I can not find them any other way. All I had to do is hone in on an area and the caches would appear and I could choose the caches I needed for my challenges. PLEASE FIX IT. And the new maps on Geocaching.com are a joke. What happened to the way they were???

I am still receiving.the error during upload message

My android: Samsung S6..Setting...Personal...Locations...Locating method...High Accuracy. We started out using our android phones before I purchased a Garmin GPS. The reason for the GPS was because I was either running out of battery life or there was no cell coverage. My husband always uses his phone and sometimes finds the cache before I do. I use both apps, geocaching and c:geo. The new geocaching app is less friendly than the older version. Wish they hadn't change it.. Try and find a local event to attend and meet your local cachers. And as others have suggested look for small, medium and large caches. And have fun.

I agree with those who say if you like challenge caches do them if you don't then ignore them. We have been working on challenge caches that some will take 5 years as a cacher to qualify. I just keep the challenge caches in a database and every once in a while check to see if we qualify.
