To date... there are eight recce (TB) assets deployed in Australia. One confirmed casualty on TAZ this past year. HQ is mobilizing a replacement and reinforcements (June 2023) to bring the 23rd Recce Unit to full strength (11). I shall also follow this up with GC messenger. 2022 has not been friendly to me for hobbies in general. 2023 however, I am trying to get back in the game a bit more. With that said yes I am always interested in new operatives and deployment opportunities. Patience is key.

Klr4evr... thanks for responding and for sending a system message to my profile. I have responded via messenger. Recon/Recce trooper TBs are still active for those interested. Presently, I do have an operative in Alberta awaiting a trooper TB that is headed back to HQ then on to start Alberta patrol activities. Ontario and BC have deployed recce teams. Like most things in recent times deployments are not swift as I do not always have a trooper "rapid" deployment capable like I did when this forum thread first posted. However, depending on your location and interest I will put you in line for the next produced TB or one that is transferable from another location. Thanks to all for your continued support interest in 2022 Task Force Water Tiger.

UPDATE - have one arriving in BC now. Have a contact for Ontario that I will follow up on when I get another ready to ship out. UPDATE - Mobilization to Oceania has been slow on my end but most of the "trooper" TBs have arrived at their destinations. The one slated for Tasmania arrived today from his previous holder in Texas. So that one will be enroute soon. I am still in search of a NT person. Unfortunately, no contact with the recommended NT person. Hope all is well. So if anyone living in NT or has contact with someone in NT that would be interested in deploying a TB... please let me know. We will fine tune through GC email or message system.

Thanks to ESCO for acting as an ambassador in seeking operatives in NT, SA, and Tasmania. Those efforts have produced direct communication with SA and Tasmania to arrange movement of trooper TB to each. NT is pending contact as of this post. So for now, it looks like this deployment support request is just about complete in just three-weeks time. AWESOME! Thanks to all for your consideration and willingness to assist.

FYI.. got word from allrounder that a pair of trooper (TBs) has arrived. He will make arrangements to pass one to DARKSIDEDAN. Thanks to my ACT operatives... look forward to seeing their logged "patrol activities." ESCO in Queensland hope to get the next mobilization on the transport this weekend.

Hello EatSleepCacheOnline... I will contact you via GC messenger regarding deployment to QL. Update to Australia mobilization of troopers: Two have touched down in Sydney a day ago destined for ACT. Suspect the squad leader (click for to see TB page) and team leader (click to see TB page) are hung up in customs immigration for short time before proceeding through the Auspost. Allrounder will assist in deployment IN ACT and hopefully be able to rendezvous with DarkSideDan (never got a reply via GC message). If not allrounder can deploy in NSW when able. Thanks to all that have responded and assisted in this effort thus far. If you are asking if the TB or geocoin (trackable) tracking ID code can be continued to be used/circulated after the original TB tag or geocoin has been taken out of circulation (IE: disappears/lost/muggled/stolen/damaged) and is "out there" somewhere but you the owner has no clue where. The short answer is yes. However, there are circumstances, risks if you will, that a "pro-active" trackable owner must consider and formulate a plan of action to handle and address re-appearances as described in a moment. (Pro-active meaning that you just don't release and forget but monitor the activity logs emailed to you) The most obvious for a reuse/remake trackable is how to handle the situation when the original or a part thereof reappears and is logged. Meaning there are multiple holders and log activity for the same trackable ID code from multiple and different cachers. To say the least the situation can and will get confusing for all involved... when one TB holder is playing/logging activity then another logs a grab and starts logging as a new holder. Communication is the key before, during and after releasing a remake/replacement trackable (TB/geocoin). How often does the resurrection of a trackable occur? I can only speak for myself and that would be three out of 25 since 2012. And again for me only 3 or 4 of the 25 are still circulating as the originally released tag/coin/proxy. As with anything you the owner must determine which course of action and risk are worthy. Safe journeys!

Well for me I have deployed "Reconnaissance Team" themed TBs and Geokret trackables. One particular "platoon's" first mission is to recover a fellow "trooper" that has been "detained" in a Roswell, NM cache for over a year. My version of "TB-Rescue" in-house. For 2015 only... I had deployed 14-TBs to depict a reconnaissance group split into two units... Alpha Troop with six recon teams and Bravo with eight. As of Jan 1, 2016: A-Troop= 2-MIA, 1-hostage, 1-cache?, 2-patrol. B-Troop: 6-MIA, 1-hostage, 1-patrol. In another series depicting airborne law enforcement only had one MIA late in 2015. 2014 had three from this group that I will remake and release in 2016. For me the trend has worsened in the past couple of years. 2015 being the worst! 2016 I'm deploying Geokrets for the first time... However, do not expect much support from GC/Groundspeak users as they have been conditioned with TBs & GC method of logging, etc.
