I am also haveing problems with Vista, and can''t find any helpful info. About a month ago, I called Magellan and they told there would be a petch soon. But I am still waiting!

Am I the only cacher haveing problems downloading to my GPSr on the Vista OS? Does anyone have any info on a patch to make things happen so that I can download from my new laptop? I've been on the Magellan website and can't find anything. Getting help from tech support on the phone is next to impossible! Hopefully someone can help!
