Whoa, that freaks me out and I’m not even afraid of bees. Did you guys throw any rocks at it just to see what would happen? I think that is when the bees all form into the shape of an arrow or a syringe, and chase you all the way to Santee Lakes until you jump into the lake. Then they all hang around until they all follow the smart one, and fly into the hollowed out piece of bamboo you are breathing through.

Yea, if you are in CARLSBAD. Apparently we here in Santee have to wait until Friday I saw it here in Escondido! It was moving pretty fast. The website was right on the money. It broke the horizon in the SW and moved upwards from there towards the NW. Thanks again for letting us know about it, J&J! That was pretty cool! We're in Escondido as well and saw the ISS as well as the supply container "Jules Verne" traveling ahead of it by a few minutes. They're due to dock in the next couple days or so... Thanks for the excellent response everybody. The samples are supposed to be shipped on April 1. So I will give an update when I have them and take some photos.

Hi everybody, I am pretty excited about releasing my first personal coin. I can see that this could become as addictive as collecting geocoins, or maybe even as much as geocaching itself. The artwork has been returned from the mint, and the dies should start production soon. Here are the specifics of what I plan to do. Antique Silver with blue border 100 minted 90 sold Polished Nickel with blue glitter border 100 minted 90 sold The moon will be bare metal with gritty used to show the craters. The eyes on the owl will glow. LE Version will be Black Nickel with a glowing moon (no craters) and yellow eyes on the owl. 50 Minted-Trade only. The red in the artwork is just to define the gritty. There will be no red on the coin. The tracking number will be on the bottom rim. Trackable with unique icon. $8.50---Since I am new to the geocoin selling thing, there will be no presale, I will wait until I have the coins before I open up the sales, which will be done via e-mailed paypal invoices. There will be no additional mintings on this coin. I would love any constructive feedback. Thanks

I have two 2005 screw coins, and would like to trade one. But here's the thing. Your choice of the following, and I will keep the other: One coin is activated, but never released into the wild. I will allow you to adopt this coin and make it your own. I will then activate the other coin, and make it mine. The other coin is not activated and has the activation code enclosed. However, it has a flaw on the bottom portion of the coin. See the picture below. If you save the picture, and blow it up, you can see the flaw much better. If you wanted this coin instead of the activated one, I would be willing to trade it for a "less than mint" coin that you may have available for trade. I don't have very many coins, so I am open to almost any coin you might have. All trades will be considered. Thanks

I had considered glow paint, but didn't know about the cost difference. Also consdiered glow paint for an LE coin for trades only.
