  1. Yes, I do save them to lists. but I'd like to be able to just look at the map and know which ones are saved. In c-geo it adds a disc icon to the cache on the map page when you save the cache.
  2. How can you tell on the mobile app map if a cache is one you have saved to a list? I'd like to be able to tell just by looking at the map, instead of opening up a list. A lot of mountainous areas have no network coverage.
  3. Thanks! It's good to be back!
  4. I was able to finish posting my cache, and got a confirmation email back already.
  5. Same here from California. Been trying since last evening, 10 hours ago.
  6. It used to be so easy to search for my own caches (Find/Geocaches/Yours) What's the best way to do this now?
  7. Thanks, Hans. Here's an expanded version: The normal way to see what Geocaches have been loaded to the GPS, is to go to the FIND menu by pressing the FIND button. This shows different type of things to find, like Waypoints, Geocaches, ctc. When you highlight Geocache and press enter, it gives you a list of them. At the top of the screen, it will say “Geocache near Current Location.” In this mode, it only shows Geocaches within about 114 miles of a reference point, usually your current location. You could have dozens of other more distant Geocaches, but they wouldn’t show on the list. To see all of them, press MENU while on this screen. This brings up a screen with Find by Name, Show Found Cache, Change Reference, Delete, and Geocache Setup. Highlight Find by Name and press ENTER, then QUIT. At the top of the screen it will now say Geocache List. All Geocaches will be shown. To go back to showing nearest, press MENU and highlight Find Nearest and press ENTER. Now it will again show the Geocaches within 114 miles.
  8. Found some user confusion going on. Mine. The Geocaches we were trying to send to the 60Csx were for an upcoming vacation. It happens that they are about 125 miles away. So, when I did a find for Geocaches, the only ones showing up were those within 114 miles or so. At the top of the "Found" page it says "Geocaches Near current Location." So, what I was looking for didn't appear on this page. Doh!
  9. I'll try that. Thanks. The GPS is with a friend at the moment.
  10. I have the latest Garmin plugin. "Send to GPS" works if there are no caches in the 60Csx. The first one sent works fine, and shows up in the GPS. Subsequent "Send to GPS" says that they are successful, but nothing shows up in the GPS. It's repeatable. After deleting all caches from the GPS, the first one goes OK. After that, nada. Any ideas?

OK, Thanks. Hopefully the next finder will be more diligent than I was....

I recently picked up the Goofy TB (TBQAAD) and moved it to Can You See Me Now (GCPNXB). Unfortunately, I didn't write down the tag number. I've sent messages to the owner (boatchick) but no response. Without the number, I can't log the move. Any ideas? clarkaw
  13. Hi again, I was using the "send to gps" button on geocaching.com cache pages, which runs the Communicator plugin. Some came in with logs, some didn't. I ended up deleting the garmin/gpx files (and garmin/gpx/current/ files) and sending them again, which seems to have worked. Don't know why.... Thanks for the interest - if I ever figure it out I'll post back. clarkaw
  14. Anyone know why some cache logs download to my Garmin Oregon OK, while other caches only get basic info? Yes, I'm a premium member.. clarkaw
