There is a cache located close to where I live that does this exact thing exept instead of an alarm it is a voice recording that you have to use in order to locate the location of the cache. the name of the caches is midnight in the garden of good and evil. the recording only goes off at midnight and a few minutes after midnight. http://coord.info/GCT3V0

I am also in favor of Google maps being a premium member only feature. I dont like the new maps. now for the paying extra im a high school student without a job atm so i cannot afford to pay anymore than i am paying now. the fact that i am paying what i am paying should be enought to have google maps. its a good thing i also plug my pqs into google earth.

i would recommend a mirror in there to. there are some cashes that i have wished that i had a flexable mirror so i just went to the dollar store and got one not to long ago.

I use a popular android map service to geocache with called locus maps pro. There is a free version of the app but i like it so much that i paid for it. There is a feature on there where you can put a circle around all of 161m around all of the cashes in a location so that you can see where you can find a location to put a cashe. I geocache mainly with my phone so i don't need the feature online but i was thinking that it would be something yall could add to the online maps here to make them a little more usable for placing cashes.
