  1. The issues with Texas will be resolved in a timely fashion. The reason for the website is to bring awareness that the laws exist. I do not want bad new coverage because of a violation like this: http://coord.info/GC248QR = Hint the geocache is attached to a string hanging inside the National Forest Sign. I don't get it...Am I missing something here? You find the cache you have linked then you are 'narcing' on it? ....and place a pathtag? Yes, I also claimed the find for the post office box geocache that I got archived. Did you know that cache was in "violation" before you went to find it?

  7. Wow, I'm sorry I have to tell you this, but I'm afraid you got ripped off. For the same money that you've spent on your holder, I actually got a nice car! No. You have a car and I have a GPS holder. I can drive my GPS holder on the road and the trails. Where can you drive your "nice" car? Can you go here? why would i want to go with a car where i can hike? car doesn't need exercise to stay fit, the human body does Hike? Gotcha covered. Hewlett's Gulch Bishop's Staff The Lost Pond Dust 2 Dust Painted Rocks n0wae's lure #25 - Trails End Here are a few hike examples out of my caching history to name a few. Besides, my GPS holder is named Jeep. YOU are going totally off topic talking about cars vs Jeeps. I have also made a commitment to myself and others to include more hiking caches this year and in the future. I will probably be driving my GPS holder to the trailheads just like you will drive your "nice" car to the trailheads. But if by chance I am inclined to include a few 4x4 geocaches as well, I will put my GPS holder in 4 low.
  8. Head on out when you get a chance! We have plenty of Jeep Trail series for geocaching.
  9. I can go to the first one and to the others after I put on a lift this summer. I wonder if dfx would be willing to follow me to a few caches in his "nice" car.... SWEET! Let me know when you want to hit the trails! The first pic is 4x4 12-Wise Mt. Cabin at 12,000ft ASL. You will have some greeters when you get there.

No. You have a car and I have a GPS holder. I can drive my GPS holder on the road and the trails. Where can you drive your "nice" car? Can you go here? or here? How about these? All on the way to get or place geocaches. Yeah. You have a nice car and I have a GPS holder. BTW-redirected from G-P from the military General Purpose vehicle. Hence G-PS holder = Jeep
  11. Just like when I had an FJ40 Landcruiser... calling it a "Jeep" was fightin' words!! I guess you must have lost the fight then. Jeep owners would never call an FJ anything but a Fake Jeep.
  12. That is my GPS holder. I call it...Jeep. It is not a car.
  13. hahaha...Classic
  14. Check with Tahosa and see if he can help.
  15. May I quote you on that? " "
  16. Just drive by them and mark them as a find...same results. You are only cheating yourself. EDIT to say I noticed in your statgen it says "Don't work too hard at having fun" Why waste the gas. Just armchair log'em nobody is checking the logs. BRILLIANT!

  18. Closest cache that I see is in AZ at just over 40 miles North
  19. I brought up the map with those coordinates and do not see anything.
  20. The US is like a birthday gift that needs unwrapping to see the prize!
  21. What? You can't do that yourself?
  22. Thanks for sharing your 10 year story, soup. I got my interest piqued in an article that appeared in Playboy back in early '02. I rushed right out and purchased a Garmin Legend (blue), signed on to GC.com and ventured out with a few print outs of the caches. There may have been 5 or 6 caches in the area back then. Colorado may have had as many as 600 caches at the time.
