Okay, so go to the first stage (the posted coordinates), and then follow the instructions on the page: That will give you the coordinates for the second stage. Enter the coordinates for the second stage into your device, then go to the second stage, and then follow the instructions on the page: That will give you the coordinates for the third and final stage. but how do you subtract or divide from the cords

anything wrong with using google maps for geocatching ?
mead2006 replied to mead2006's topic in General geocaching topics
i have found quite a few this way but using alot of the clues and my eyes hidden some too this way but mostly lampost ones you can get the cords if you go to an area and right click "whats here ?" Are you telling me all 5 of your hides are with Google Earth? You absolutely cannot do that, it is not allowed. I have seen many a cache archived by reviewers when it is discovered they were hidden with Google Earth. Most of them have been in the Province where you live too!! Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. hopefully getting my GPS on friday if the guy on kijji ever gets back to me -
This log says it all. I think I see a new acronym coming, TACLGW TFTC. that is shamefull i mean we don't mean take the container
-
At least you have them there. we don't even have them there and it makes me want to throw up a little to think about spending the price of the can in shipping and handling. i'm thinking of an ammo catche but hearing they get stolen maybe not but if you don't want to buy online because of shipping try an army surplus store
