  1. By the way... talking about Tadpole, made me a REAL Geocacher (10 posts!) So now I can go out and find some caches!
  2. Me either, and if I ever start....someone shoot me. El Diablo For a non-italian is difficult to read italian words in the way it should be... Girino should sound like Gee-Ree-No...
  3. Girino huh? That sounds like Green-O. How do you speak to a foreigner? You add an O to everything. Green-0 = Green. Green = Inexperienced and Green = Signal the Frog. Signal the Frog = Geocaching Tadpole = Girino = Green-O = Green = Inexperienced Frog = Inexperienced Geocacher? Coincidence? I think not! I don't follw you You can write Girino as Gee-Reeno to have an idea on how it should sound!
  4. It was not a stupid question, nothing wrong with wanting to know what the forum is calling you. Also, asking the forum is "Internet search" isn't it. You can call me lazy boy
  5. My translator hasn't this word... may be next time I will do a little more internet search before asking stupid questions. I thought tadpole was some slang word... Thanks!
  6. Is there someone that can explain to a non-english what does "tadpole" means? I know that it is the title for forum members with less than 10 messages, but I'd like to know the meaning of the word... TIA
  7. Is there a naming convention for the GCnnnn? Or is it simply a progressive counter? I mean, the next waypoint published after GCXK6E will be GCXK6F ? or is there a meaning for the letters? Waypoint name are of 6 char, so they let create "only" 31^4 (because the first two char are always GC and some letters are excluded) waypoints? This means 923521 caches...
  8. Sorry, I'm quite far from Turin... And seem that I am the only Italian here [spiacente, sono piuttosto lontano da Torino... E sembra che sia l'unico Italiano qui ]
