I'm sorry to see benchmarks are going to be removed. I enjoy looking for them and logging them for challenges. I my opinion I think the database for benchmarks should be updated. There are so many newer benchmarks that aren't loggable on geocaching because of an outdated database. If the database were updated more cachers would look for them. Right now if you stumble across a benchmark and try to log it it probably isn't listed on the geocaching site. Gone are the days of long hikes and ammo-cans. I'm glad I got to experience geocaching as it was original setup to be.

I see the same thing. The top part of the new profile page are my photos and the bottom part is the stats of the person who logged my cache. On the old profile page the whole page is mine.

What happened to the Add Favorite in the drop down menu under Favorites on the cache page? I have 1600 favorite points and used the drop down to award my favorite points. When I went to add a favorite point just now that option is gone. I hope I don't have to write a note to add one.

I don't like the side panel being open when I open the map. It never use to be. Is there a setting to keep it from opening?

Is there a way to mass deleted my created routes that I have made under pocket queries? I can delete them one at a time if I open each one up and delete it but I have quite a few that I have made up over the years and I'm looking for a mass delete like the PQs have. Thanks

I made those 2 routes public. Moab to Cheyenne and Denver to Loveland. I did widen the route but it still didn't pick up all the caches. I like to go for longer routes but I'll try shorter ones to see if that helps. Thanks for the help.

I've been using the caches along a route PQ for a long time now and I've found it never seems to pickup all the caches. When I compare what is shown on the Geocaching Map to what shows up on my PQ there are caches missing. I did a route from Moab, UT to Cheyenne, WY and no caches showed up between Denver and Loveland even though there are a lot of them. I usually go out a 1/2 mile and ask for 1000 on either side of the road. The PQ for this route picked up 518 caches so I'm not over the 1000 by any means. I then ran a PQ for a route from Denver to Loveland using the same 1/2 mile and 1000 caches and this PQ picked up 165 caches. The caches that don't get picked up are active and some are right off the road, well within the 1/2 mile from the road. Most of the time the caches that aren't picked up are scattered all along my route. I feel like I'm missing out on caches if I don't compare the 2 maps but that takes a long time. I'm usually only able to get a cache if we happen to stop for food or gas and a cache is close by. I don't know were we will be stopping and if that one cache didn't get picked up then I miss it even if it's 50 ft away. Is there something I'm missing to be sure my PQ picks up ALL the active caches along my route?
