Does anyone know when the new jeep travel bugs are going to be released?

We went to an event yesterday called Swelter at the Shelter (GC1CVA3) that had something similar and it was a Bingo Blackout where only one cacher could sign a square on the page and after you got all the squares you were given the coordinates to a cache hidden nearby. Some of the squares were Cached in another country, Cached in more than 10 states, has injured themselves while caching, has used a boat to cache....etc.......LOTS OF FUN..........

I had a cache where i used pvc pipe to make the desired length and i used a poster as the log.......when it was full i framed the poster...........cachers loved the idea and posters can be given out as gifts at events or etc....

I came to montana on vacation hoping to take some travel bugs and coins back to alabama with me, every cache i went to that was supposed to have a tb or coin was missing. I even passed on a few tbs which have now come up missing. What is it with montana missing so many bugs and coins. Has anyone else noticed this also. Are all the wild animals wearing them out in the wild? Just Curious....One good thing about caching in montana is the creativity that goes into the caches here. I am going to be in great falls for the month of july and hope to meet some cachers in the area. Will be moving some southern tbs up north and bringing some back with me. Happy caching all.

We did these when we were on 231 the Crommelin Memorial waypoint GCHAX1 and a earthcache Asteroids-not the 80's game waypoint GCN16Y. They are good ones and they are on 231 north. Good luck on you cache hunt.

I have made walking sticks for every member of my family who caches. I put compasses on each one. They help with the critters, the holes, and the walking. We don't go anywhere without them and our camera.

When i go to a cache i am excited to find a real geocoin to see the different kinds out there. I have also been to caches where there was supposed to be a coin but was stolen. I have also found several of the card geocoins out there that arent as important to steal but either way just being able to pass them along and claim them is fun to me. If people wouldnt steal the real ones there wouldnt be a need for the card geocoins. Either way on to the next cache i will send them....

Thank you for that information i will definitely do that and i am looking forward to meeting some people in montana. I caught my first geocacher this past saturday and they were from chattanoga, tn. Gotta love this sport.....

I am going to be in great falls in august and was looking for an event to attend but dont see alot of events being held in that area. So if anyone knows of an event like a meet and greet could you let me know. My aunt just recently moved back there and i want to get her into the sport while i am there. Thanks
