  1. Well, got my two in the mail today. They both have tracking numbers....I'm confused, am I supposed to have two with tracking numbers? I thought I ordered two. I usually order two. But, should they both have tracking numbers?

    Server down?

I really really need my favorite website. I thought it was my computer at first. I thought I had a virus or something. But, I really really need my favorite website. Oh, I already said that.
  3. As cache owner, I was quite shocked to hear I have a famous cache! The container is quite small...but I am sure Larry would help move the TB's and coins to the next person that came along! He is enjoying the cachers and would enjoy the TB aspect.
  4. I say smaller too. But not smaller than 2". Though I am sure you will start seeing big 3" coins out there now that yours has been so popular.
  5. Sheese just when I thought I had all of the series another comes out...want a slice of this pie...One Please. Me too
  6. Yes, I'd like to have one as well...please post when you are accepting orders and when they will be out!
  7. I leave them for whoever gets there first. The worst thing is if nobody takes them and they just sit. I'd have to agree, sometimes I'll leave two if I really like the cache. I take them as I like to collect sig items. I only have a few I have found in caches. Since there is no possible way I can afford to mint a coin maybe I should try to make a wooden coin set. I got one coin in a cache that seems to have a sticker on the surface. What is your opinion of this compared to one that has been stamped?
  8. this thread confuses me Or embarrasses me Now I know why I hardly ever figure out puzzle caches. Maybe I'm not smart enough for this sport. I am forever thankful for my GPSr to do the work for me most of the time! Oh, and how about November 4th. My geo anniversary date!
  9. HI! Nice to meet you all. I'm a single (sort of--seperated) homeschool mom that stays at home when I'm not working my part time job I consider myself first a stay at home homeschool mom before I consider the job anyway. Anyway, my kids love to cache with me. We try to have a cache day once a week. We load up the school books, the teenager drives, I navigate and teach school to the 8 yr old and read the outload subjects to both kids while navigating. Each kid got their own cache name after awhile, and my 8 yr old now has 2 hidden of his own. There are some mornings I get up in the wee hours while they are still sleeping to nab some here or there, but not much anymore as I have to drive too far now to get to any! When I decide it's a cache day for all of us the kids know, because I refuse to cache without my overalls. When they wake up and see me in my overalls they know to eat quick cuz mom's itching to hit the cache trail. We pack the car full of water and granola bars and cereal bars and that's all we eat that day. Best learning there ever was!
  10. Could you let me know the title of that game? My daughter has two titles and enjoys them, and Christmas is coming... Thanks! Beth My daughter loves the Nancy Drew games! I would also love to know the name of that game, please? Those games are great! We got started in them from a friend of mine whose 60 yr old mom got her started playing the game. Adults have just as much fun at them! (She was a great friend. She got me started in geocaching too!) The game that mentions geocaching is Danger on Deception Island. It uses a GPSr for sure, and some of the later ones after that does too we think, but haven't played them yet to see.

  12. It needs to make it to MO or KS and I'll be glad to help Uncle E.
  13. Geocaching is mentioned in my kids Nancy Drew computer game. They actually use a GPSr to help solve the mystery.

  15. Ya, they aren't supposed to be in there, right?
  16. Mentally I figure I'm about a 10...I am always wishing to be out caching. But Life only allows me to be between a 6-8 or so. I am hoping to do better this winter and hit 500. We'll see!
  17. I had a bit of a FTF problem on one of my own caches, but I am staying out of it...they worked it out themselves. Read the logs here. The Den II
  18. Tonya of Brickzoyts from MO. Usually hang around the MO forum, but might start checking this out a bit.
