  1. Does anybody know if these two are compatible?

I looked at the web site and it did not appear to med that they were. So I just wanted to ask around to see if may I was reading it wrong.

Sorry folks. I posted this in the wrong forum. If any mods or admins want to delete this post please feel free to do so.

  2. We are going to Hawaii in July and of course we will be caching. What are some of the best caches in Hawaii to find. Has anybody bookmarked there favorite caches here? We will be in Ohau for 3 days and Maui for 7.

  3. I have the Garmin GPS map60csx and have noticed that there is a feature on it that allows me to select "found" and then "find next". When you select "found", it records it in the calendar. At best I have only been able to make this work some of the time. Does anybody know how to make this work all the time? I have read the manual and nothing in it talk about this. When it is active , I see it on the compass screen. There is a button on the bottom left corner that says "Found". When you select it you then get the option of finding the next one.

Can anyone help me with this please?

It is getting late so I hope this makes sense.

    Thanks in advance

  4. hit the mark button, and change the coodinates to match those of the cache, then hit goto, choose the waypoint you just made and follow the arrow on the compass

I have done that but how do I change the coodinates?

After you hit mark, you should be on the edit screen. Use your joystick to scroll up to the coordinates. press down the joystick, now you can edit the latitude. Then press doen on the joystick again. edit your longitude. press down on the joystick. now scroll down, give your waypoint a name, scroll down to save. press down the joystick, and you're done.

Ok I have done this now how do I actually edit the data?

  5. I am a newbie and I have an Explorist 200. Now I know this is not a high end device. In fact I have bought an Ique 3600 and I am waitign on its arival sometime next week.

I have never done much with the Explorist except see how fast I was driving. I would like to be able to go out an hunt for caches while I am waiting on my new unit to arrive.

My question here is simple. Can somebody please help me understand how to punch in a set of co-ordinates so I can go hunting?

Thanks for your help in advance.
