Agent zero and the mogsters

I switched internet providers and I have a new e-mail address. I log in, and go into "my account details". From there I drop into the "my e-mail address" and click on "change". I then change my e-mail addy, and when I am finished and click on "save changes", I see a quick box pop up, asking for another login, but it only lasts maybe 1 second. Then I am told I cant change it due to insufficient permission. I can change other aspects, such as name and address, but not the e-mail. I disabled the anti-virus but no luck there either. I am running IE 8. Any suggestions?

Oh no! I went on to google earth to plan my next trip, only to find its been disabled. This is the first time I've been in the forums for 9 months or so, so this is the first time I've become aware of the server problem. If theres a way, bring it back!
