Hey again cachers,i got one a quick question for you guys.In respect of buy GPS units online is there a difference between the units i can buy at C.U.M to the ones that are sold offshore in america??? Do these devices work exactly the same or are they manufactured to suite the respective regions(these questions might seem trivial but hey in new to this! )I would really appreciate all the adwice i can get.

Hey there fellow caches,we all know that our GPS devices are the most important and essential pieces of equipment that a cacher uses,well lets face it if you dont have one you aint finding zip,but in todays world of technology and advances there are 2 main brands of GPS that stand proud....namely Garmin and Magellan,who comes out tops? and how do you rate you gps? in other words which brand of GPS do the majority of caches use?and when is cheap too cheap and doesnt really serve my needs?????

I'm new to geocaching and live in the eastern cape(P.E).I was wondering if there are any caches situated in the eastern cape??
