  1. I'm not sure what Frito Pies are or how to get them through airport security, but certainly there must be someone out there that wants to do a project APE cache with a total stranger! This is the APE cache here: Mission 9: Tunnel of Light (by Project APE). Fifteen to twenty people sounds like tons of fun, but I would be happy to find at least one! (remember, it's never too early to jump on the bandwagon)
  2. I will be in Washington from July 8th - July 22nd attending metrology classes at Fluke. While I am there I would really like to do The A.P.E. Cache Mission 9: Tunnel of Light with a new friend or some new friends! I will be flying in so I won't have a lot of gear. I would like to go on Sunday July 9th or Sunday July 16th, as I have all day free. Unfortunately I will not have transportation on the 9th - which of course is the best day for me, as I am on my own that day! Can go on Saturday the 15th, but was hoping to attend the event in Burlington. I was thinking of hiking through the tunnel, but biking could be fun if I can get a rental set up or something. I will be staying in Mukilteo. Please e-mail me through my profile if interested!
  3. Hear Hear! Happy Anniversary Moun10Bike! (and a happy Father's Day to everyone!)
  4. Got 'em in the mail today. Yep, they sure look great in antique copper! Thanks!
  5. ¡Me gusta mucho! ¡Yo lo quiero tanto! (and I don't even speak Spanish) Please put me down for one also!
  6. I like the design - nicely done, and of course it matches your geocaching name! Order placed - thanks!
  7. It's June 1st folks, hopefully they dropped off the remaining who knows how many coins at a larger post office on their way home from GW4. I just keep thinking that priority mail that was sent on Tuesday should be here by tomorrow! I really don't understand what the hold up is here - was the original order split? was there a reorder? - perhaps an update?
  8. Hey McDoodles. You got something against Florida? ©¿©¬ I haven't received mine either. What is going on? Can't believe I paid for "Priority Shipping" on this! Haven't received a reply to my e-mail either, so I guess the jokes on me
  9. Some awesome geocoins arrived today! They look great - absolutely one of my favorites. Quick shipping too. Let me see, Cool coin, cool icon, great price, great service! You did a fantastic job on these Jen!
  10. Got 'em in the mail today. The helm looks great, but when did the antique bronze koi get changed to gold? The gold still looks good but the antique bronze looked much nicer.
  11. Very nice coin. Nice shades - nice grill (smile) - I like everything about it (looks like my boot pattern). Paypal'd for 1/3 dozen.
  12. Got 'em in the mail - They look great!
  13. Coins arrived safe and sound. Absoloutely awesome!
  14. I can't wait either. Was I the only one that thought the antique bronze koi was the coolest? I like the contrast!
  15. I think it's a quality issue. I had this problem on a couple of the Robert's Personal geocoins (from the same place). The laser engraving is very legible and deep on some coins and on others you could just barely make out the tracking number. Try looking at the tracking number from an angle.
  16. Got mine today. They sure are nice. The tracking numbers aren't etched in very deep though. Hard to read. Hope they don't rub off! Do they all look that way?
  17. Wow, ONLY 9061.1miles (14582.5 km) from my home coordinates for a guaranteed log! Bet it would be fun though! Cool to see they are having a CITO event. How much trash can they have laying around in Singapore anyway? Don’t they do the cane thing to litterbugs?
  18. I won't, but keep an eye out in the province of Quebec, in about a month a Moun10Bike3 will be released in the wild... Yeah I know, crazy and it wont last, but I will give it a try anyway... Crazy? What fun would anything be without a little craziness here and there? Don't despair though, there is always hope! The Moun10bike3 coin I found was in a cache a few days shy of a month! I took a chance and traveled 500+ miles to find it out in the wild. Crazy? Perhaps. But, I have to tell you, if the coin had not been there, I still would have had a great adventure! It was a beautiful place - Moun10bike doesn't just drop a coin in every cache. If you want to find one, you just have to make your mind up that you’re going to have fun either way and then go for it!
