I do a search using http://stats.geocacheuk.com/caches/ - it then allows you to download the caches returned in TomTom Go format. I then copy this to my TomTom and off I go.
Quite a few of the caches have the main co-ordinates as the parking spot so the TomTom takes me right to where I need to park. If they list the location of the cache instead, I use the TomTom to get myself as near as possible to the cache and use an OS map to look for public rights of way for the cache which usually gives away the correct parking spot.
Once on foot, I use a Garmin eTrex to locate the cache itself and a Palm Tungsten E2 to view the cache details on location as it saves a fortune in ink cartridges.
