Is this possible that if a "Caching team" makes a new account (with the Teamname) and they register the hides at the virtual account. But the team members, who found it + who hide it log the cache as found it?

Hi all If I multiple visiting a cache (for example my cache for maintenance, or i found alone and some months later me and my girlfriend again) I had only the first time loging it with "Found it!" and then only "Write note"? And if I found my caches when I maintaining it, can I log it with "Found it!"? Cause the statistics pages counting only the "Found it!" notes.
