  1. As I'm from New Hampshire, I am very interested in being involved with creating a coin that would represent the state! We don't have an official state organization here, so it might be one that runs along the lines of a coin that is a little more personal...or not...I am open to suggestions! Thanks. NH geobear
  2. This thread encouraged me to contact M & M Hunter, to create some wooden nickels for myself! I've started leaving them in caches and am also interested in trading with others who have their own wooden nickels! I am going to try to insert a scan of the nickels - this scan does not justify the final product - they came out really well! Please email me if you would like to trade with me! NH geobear PS I need some help - how do I insert my photo into this message area? I've looked at the "IMG" area above, but it indicates that I need to connect to a web link. Thanks for your help! As soon as I can figure out how to get the image up, you'll be able to see my wooden nickel! ****************************************** Thank you Ladycacher for giving me some tips on how to upload an image to this posting - I'm going to give it a try! <img It worked!! The "Live Free...and Cache" is a take off of our state motto of "Live Free or Die."
  3. I wanted to thank Santa, as my Christmas coin arrived a few days ago and it was like Christmas all over again!! I think that I was one of the last ones to successfully bid for a coin Christmas Eve (actually Christmas Day EST) on eBay. Thanks Santa - this is a very special coin and will always be treasured! 4. I would love to have two of these coins please - what a great idea!
  5. This has been great fun to watch - congratulations to all of the cachers who went out in their kilts...and I have great admiration for the Kilted Cacher who so generously gave of his own coin(s)! NH geobear
  6. I would be interested in purchasing one coin as I do not have a personal coin at this time. Thanks! Laura ( NH geobear)
  7. 1 please of whatever you have available - thanks!
  8. Paid for one via paypal - thanks!
  9. A very Merry Christmas to each and every geocacher and their families!
  10. When I got back from church this evening, I started watching for the coin as well - two times I spotted it, but was not quick enough...just as I was ready to retire for the evening, it came up again and I was able to click on the "buy now!" I am thrilled and thank Santa so very much for this wonderful gift! A very merry Christmas and happy holidays to each of you! NH geobear
  11. Please put me down for 2 coins and 10 pins - many thanks!
  12. Congratulations to all of you who have been visited by Santa! In my small corner of the East Coast, each night those visions of "sugar plums dancing," have transpired into visions of "Santa's Christmas Geocoin!" I do believe, I do believe, I do believe...this middle school teacher believes! She has been good this year...please?! As a fairly new geocacher (and geocoin enthusiast), I thought that I would leave Santa a little hint as to where to find me(just in case Santa's secretary misplaced his/her list). 13. Email sent for a purchase of two - thanks!
  14. Hello everyone! I'm a new geocacher (I started in October) and had great fun getting involved in the coin quest game and finding all of the caches! My husband thinks that I've gone a bit crazy...fortunately my children enjoy the challenge of finding the caches - it's been fun! I'm now seeing some wonderful coins that you all have created and trade - and have been reading about Santa and his generosity! I have also been checking out eBay every so often and was so close twice...like the Canadian geocacher, I was wondering if Santa might be out New England way?! At any rate, I hope that each of you has a wonderful holiday - I've enjoyed reading your posts and wanted to introduce myself to you! NH geobear
  15. Pictured at top right is Camaro_kidd It was a fun event and many thanks again for getting us all involved in the "Coin Quest" game!
  16. Many thanks to both of you for your responses - I will order it and give it a try!
  17. Hello, I was wondering if any of you would know if the Cachemate software is able to be used with the Palm Vx Palm Pilot? I have the Magellan GPS Companion that I have started to use with the Palm Pilot. Any advice would be very much appreciated! NH geobear
