Great ideas! The GPS log is a good way to limit speed. I also really like Canadazuuk's caches. A lot of thoughts in them! Legendeo is still in Beta!

It's good idea. An external drive for multiple back ups is a good way to add another layer of protection. I do that once a week for my most important files. Sorry for your loss. Legendeo is still in Beta!

Well let's not complain and enjoy geocaching! Whatever happens to this site is no big deal. It does a good job so far and if something changes in the policy that's okay too. Change is good. Not found is not found. Don't focus too much on the number of caches you logged as a find. Who cares? Think that you had a great time sharing this hike with family and friends. This IS unvaluable! Just my two cents Legendeo is still in Beta!
