    Tree Hugger

I would love a Tree Hugger type cache in our area Seth!. Chris and I have been talking about heading to the Oregon border sometime to complete a few caches in the area, but there is no telling when we will get the chance to make the trip. We are definately gonna have to hit After Dark, Contact Cache (Decoded the message about a month ago), and Tree Hugger. We can never get enough of these "one of a kind" type caches. Now if only we could find the time to finish up your "Mission Impossible"

  3. I just carry my daughter around in one of those little fannie packs.

  5. I've known people who use a thin layer of vaseline on the sticker before applying it so that they can remove it later and transfer it to one of their other cars. Won't really help much until you actually get the sticker off first, but it may be something to think about later.
  6. I'd go for the discounted legend you found. As others here have mentioned, there is no CD included in the retail package so you are out nothing there and if you check out the website: www.pfranc.com you can order a PC cable for somewhere between $15-$20 if I remember correctly. You can also just order the connector from this site and make the cable yourself with parts from RadioShack or some other local electronic parts supplier. In all you wouldn't save a ton of money, but you would still have a little extra cash in your pockets to go and buy some cache trinkets or something Before you buy though, you may want to carefully check the condition of the used unit to ensure there is nothing wrong with it to begin with. Just my opinion

  8. Thanks for the rapid reply. I figured out that for some reason the line returns were all removed only when the log was encrypted. If no encryption is present or an encrypted log is decrypted it seems that the carriage returns are inserted correctly.
  9. Is there a way to include html formatting in the on-line logs or something? At the moment all I want to do is preserve the formatting I enter (ie. return key) when typing a log. Currently the server seems to remove all carriage returns and just merges all text together into one long paragraph. I notice other log messages seem to have spacing between paragraphs, but I just can't seem to get it to work on my logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
