Ok, so here is the deal. First of all, sorry that I haven't been responding, the GPS was not working on the unit, but Magellan was so nice as to replace the unit for me for free. So i now have a brand new unit. I have turned it on to see if it will work, but it for sure will not work for what i need it for. Again, this thing is BRAND SPANKING NEW... Not even registered yet, so you can register it. The price will be $90 still, but im not going to cover shipping costs (im not a business, just trying to get rid of this thing). Hello all! So, me and my girl are planning a trip to Yosemite and went to the REI members sale this weekend. I thought a GPS would be handy and found this one for $100, marked down from $175. I thought it was a steal and bought it! Unfortunately, with my lack of knowledge of GPS's i didn't realize it was strictly for geocaching until i got home! I posted an add on craigslist, but thought i would try here too. Im willing to trade for another simple handheld GPS or would be willing to take a $10 hit and give it to someone for $90.
