I just started setting up some bookmarks. I set up a 'did not find' list to track those little buggers. When I went back to the caches pages on the list I saw a notice on the lower right side of the page showing it on my bookmark list. I havent shared the list, so I am the only one seeing this right?

No dogs, no cats, 3 small children (Had a lizard once)

Im using Spinner and Plucker. When I do a PQ of 300+ caches plucker freezes but if I do a PQ of a smaller quantity it won't hang up. Is there a limit to the number of pages that plucker can handle? Id like to get one PQ of 500 cache based around my house and not have to mess with several PQ's. Am I missing something? Unless this is the bad HTML problem Spinner has? I tried getting Sunrise instead of Plucker to use as a viewer but could never get it to work. Didn't really like Cachemate but Id rather have something that works as apposed to not. Thanks 5winters

The cache back online and I hope that I've clarified my cache page as to the direction to get to the cache with out having to climb any fence. Thanks for the imput and I've learned a lot from this first hide and I have two more containers almost ready to go out.

I was able to get out and move it back to the correct location. I update my cache page to reflect that the access was not where people were coming from. I didnt give exact parking location because that may take the fun out of the cache as that was what I felt was the hard part. Thanks for the imput and Im working on my second cache hide.

Thanks, I'll get out there tomorrow and fix my cache. I've updated my cache page to be clear about tresspassing. cache Hopefully its more clear. I didnt think I needed to include a disclamer with each cache page or do I?

Help! I need some imput. My first hide ' Hidden Ponds' was hidden in a publicly accesssable park next to a fenced area that is private property. My intent was for the finders to discover the park in between two subdivisions, not to park on the closest major road and hop fences. So I get the notice that some guy tresspassed and and decided to move the cache to a better loaction. I have dissabled the cache untill I can get out there and find out what has happened? I dropped him an email to find out what he did. Not only that but he logged two finds one on the find and another saying he moved it? If this is what is done to caches I may cancel plans to hide others. Any input. 5winters

I got me one of the small composition notebooks, the kind that can fit in your pocket, added one of my old golf pencils and a rubber band. I call in my Indiana Jones Book after the one you see Indy use in the Raiders of the Lost Arc. I keep track of the find count, day, what I took or left and TB Numbers. The best thing is no batteries .

Help, Ive had the same problem with plucker hanging. Ive tried switching to sunrise but it gives me an error during install that im missing a 'vfsapi.dll'. Im totaly at a loss as what to do? Anybody have the same problem? Any sugestions? Thanks 5winters

Pictures of the cache location and general vicinity can be done. Ill have to do it the old fashion way, 35mm and scanning tho. Just to be clear there is only one approver for idaho? The same person who approved my first hide, thanks.

The airport is fairly busy (for idaho) its S67. It's a great spot for seeing every thing from ultralights to small private jets on occasion. Id be sure to have a notice or whatever so airport employees would be aware.

Hello, Im looking to place my second cache and have a question. My father is a pilot and airport where he flys out of has a small park on airport grounds, outside the fenced "secure" area. I have a great idea for a regular sized cache. We both know the airport director and I know someone on the airport board of directors, so I think that I have a fair chance at getting it approved by them. Would a cache near an active airport be approved by geocaching.com if I show that I have permission? I'd like to know before I bother the airpot personel about it. Thanks - 5winters

I am going to get my Premium membership soon so I can go paperless and was hopeing I could use my old Handspring visor deluxe palm. Has anybody had any luck using this palm? What software has worked the best with this older machine? I just checked and the OS is Palm OS Ver3.1H3. I have been using EasyGPS with my Legend to download waypoints. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello! A newby question I cant seem to find the answer to. Is it possible to download more than one page of waypoints from the search screen to a loc file? Or am I limited to only the caches on each page and need to download a file for each search page. Or is it time to get the premium membership and do a PQ to get all the local caches into my GPS?
