Apparently some value those coins enough to put them on trading lists, so the argument that they are worthless does not hold. Unauthorized use of a design constitutes a copyright infringement. Obviously the minting companies like to have display samples of their work, but the number and usage of such coins should be strictly limited and the customer informed. I noticed this already earlier (the floater coins) so I said to myself, if I were to order coins, I would make it very clear that I do not want any coins not coming to my hands.

BTW, I have no seeking list neither (not yet at least), but I prefer trackables as those may be used as traveler and are more easily used in trades (if my collection already has that particular geocoin). My collection is quite large, so this will probably happen.

Regards Andrew As I said, I live in Luxembourg, but it's a small country, so I have 15 min driving to Germany (where I am caching quite alot), 20 min to France (but there are not many geocaches at all) and about 25 mins to Belgium. It takes me longer to drive to the north of Luxembourg (1 hour) For Germany it's Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland, as both border with Luxembourg, France it's Lorraine, and Belgium it is the the province Luxembourg.

Just noticed that I'm missing on the list ... but I'm still available to release geocoins around here in Luxembourg, Germany (Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland) and Belgium and France.

Ouch, $6 per 3 coins for international shipping, that's quite expensive. I initially thought about purchasing 2 or 3 complete sets of 6 coins, but that would be $24 or $36 for shipping!

Yes, I agree. The international shipping charge suggests to me 'I don't want to ship outside USA/Canada'. Although there had been some coins that would have liked to buy, I have so far honored this request and not ordered anything as it is not even possible to combine different items in an order.

I haven't given up hope that TGF will visit my area ...

The thieves do not need to see the pages, they have the real one in hand The coins do appear on the cachelistings, some logs contain info about the trades and get emailed if on a watchlist (not sure if they are available to non-premiums) And how would non-premium members log if they moved a coin? To see the cache coords you need to be at least member, so it will not change much. A log could be helpful in some cases, but I'm not sure about it.

Looks like you were not fast enough completing your order, and it looks like I was 1 hour late because I did not know about the difference between EST and EST5EDT (or maybe the website I used to check first is not the best) ... well, I still don't know why those 2 exist, but now I know at least about those 2 and about the 1 hour difference. Ya not so easy for us from Europe. So no Compass Rose Gold geocoins for both of us.
