  4. I've seen a ghost, I've heard a ghost, and I may have seen alien craft. I would love to see a BigFoot! From a safe distance, of course... Jelly
  5. Why I love Garmin, a love story, by: Jelly My eTrex Legend fell victom to screen scrambling. I'm told it's common, anywho, I sent it back to Garmin for repair (keep in mind this unit is four yrs old). They sent me a NEW UNIT, FOR FREE, they EVEN PAID THE POSTAGE! Now my eTrex Summit is acting up. It points a few degrees off. I've tried calibrating the electronic compass but no dice. I'll see what Garmin has to say... Still, GARMIN KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jelly
  6. What if the wrench falls in the woods and there is no one there to hear it? Let your precious math figure that one out! Jelly

  9. Well, that is I think who it came from. Is there any way to log it as a Yellow Jeep? Or do these just get passed around as a neat item? I am happy either way. Just a neat item, that's all. They're not logable, but you can still play with them. Race it on your old Hot Wheels tracks....unless your mom took them away from you because you were using them for swords with your sister and you smacked her on the neck really hard and it left a big red welt and she screamed about all day and got you in trouble and then dad came home and...well...let's just say it's a good thing mom didn't tell him where the Hot Wheels tracks were. Bret P.S. The preceding story was fictitious but based on a real incident that happened to a kid who lived next door to me. I never had Hot Wheels tracks. No sisters were harmed in the writing of this post. Who snitched? Jelly
  10. Just started 2 weeks ago. Married, one kid, 4 cats, two gps's's'ss... Hobbies: photography, coin collecting, Harley Davidsons, and... well, more Harleys.
  11. Brand: Belkin. Bought it at Circuit City for $30. Works great with my eTrex. Jelly
  12. This is the COOLEST thing I have ever heard. Still, I would rather cache in a cemetary than in the city. The dead can't hurt you... Or can they... Jelly
  13. I use the eTrex Legend in the car and a Summit on the trail. I like the electronic compass of the Summit because the arrow will still point to the cache when I'm standing still (I do that a lot when I'm scratching my head). Jelly
