We received one of our two coins(it is very nice) but somehow we didn't receive the second. Our subscription is for two but only received one. Have tried to contact several folks with no luck but since we have been members for awhile, originally through a local club and then the last four months on our own we have great confidence that this problem will get cleared up.
It sounds like they are in the process of moving and perhaps have not gotten their office back to normal.
I would like to see a received e-mail so that I know that they have at least received my correspondence. We have even ried the posted contact on this forum. I guess that I will have to learn to be patient.
