If you've already entered both the country and state/province in your profile and are still having the problem, then that information would be useful for their troubleshooting. odd as I live in Canada.. it seesm that the new update they did today did something to the cache submissiom page.. pthers are having the same problem and they are working on the fix working fine now thanks

I was using google chrome then switched to I.E same problem

I did not see this post so started a new one sorry. I got sent this link by a person from the COG FB site. I am having the exact same problem.. I am hoping that it will correct itself and will try again this evening.

I am trying to submit a new cache but every time I get to a certain point it says saved draft start over/continue editing. I doesn't matter which one I pick I keep ending up with same message. I tried using I.E instead of Google browser , logged out and logged back into the site but still get the same thing. Is there a problem with the site or am I just endlessly stuck in this loop unable to create a new cache?

I do the pick garmin, then find file (visits) then hit upload. It does a blink thing then it syas when notes are uploded go back to fieldnotes. I go to fieldnotes and no logs found.

did a master reset and still unable to upload fieldnotes from gps to computer.

sorry I can not get it to upload from my GPS to my computer. I did a mater reset yesterday so I hope this will fix the problem.

I am having the same probelm with my field nores. I could download them 2 days ago but have been unable to download them for the last 2 days. I do not have Gsak. I just checked all the things mentioned above and all my GC codes are fine, my date stamp is fine and I have the caches in my visiting log txt section.

hello, i am using gps software version 5.00 from garmin. i have backroads mapbook ontario as well.

have a gramin 450 GPS and have a problem sending and receiving wirelessly. I can send/receive only once between 450 and 550 then I need to shut down my GPS in order to send/receive another cache. I have not tried send/receive between 2 450 gps' but it does not work more than once between my 450 and a 550 unit. Does anyone else have this problem?
