I'm also having this problem. I have tried on various devices and browsers to no avail.

Can anyone explain why I've only been given a souvenir badge for the Irish region I've found a cache in, rather than the whole country? I haven't got badges for the different regions (or even countries, for that matter) I've visited in the UK.
