Their yahoo ratings are just fine. You can't please everyone and things do go wrong from time to time. Look at any other big seller and their ratings. Everyone has pissed people off.

I have had my GPSr (60C) on for the last hour and dont have 35 on the screen. Granted the unit is sitting at the window of my building but I do have a solid lock on 8 sats.

seems like the 60csx is also in stock...I wonder when the rest of the retailers get thier orders so ours can ship!

FYI: I contacted Garmin about the max size of SD cards the unit will support. Here is the reply: Personally, I cannot understand why they do not support at least up to 2GB (FAT) filesystem. In this day in age, it seems very shortsighted. Well at least we now have removable media, size will come I guess. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything bigger than 512mb anyways in this flash size. I am sure as the bigger cards are released or become more common a firmware update can fix it.

I have a 60csx on order at megagps and provantage. I only need one and am planning on selling the other here or on ebay. If they dont honor their price at the time I ordered I will cancel but if they keep them it would be a nice buy for me and for whomever gets the second one!

They are not out to the resellers yet. I do have one on order though.

I ordered a 60csx there also. I dont mind taking a risk as my credit card company has never failed me! Besides, I missed out on the same price at tigergps and now they have gone up almost 100 bucks!

Has anyone bought from megagps.com? The site says they have been around for over 25 years but they are not on resellerratings. They do have a very nice price on the x series though. Any opinions would be great.

My bluetooth sirf III receiver has no issues locking in a min or two while sitting at my kitchen table in the middle of my apt (13 sotries and I am on level 3 in the middle). Granted it only locks onto 4-5 sats indoors it gets almost 3 times that outdoors. While driving it sits in the glove box and never "burps."

I have a x50v and I have been using a Holux Gpslim 236 and TomTom Navigator for the last 7 months and I can't be happier. It works well in the city and through the country. Just my $.02

I have tried using my Sirf III GPSr (by Holux) to find caches but found my 60c to be handier. However, in the car I use TomTom and I find that this GPSr and my PPC work wonderfully together.
