  1. All fixed for me now I have updated to 0.6.6.1 - Many thanks for acting so fast.
  2. Thanks for the note - I have re-installed the script on Chrome using Tampermonkey (all of which has been working fine for sometime) with no improvement. I had never seen the list of maps that now appears before. I have re-started the browser and that does not cure it. I do see the little icon on Tampermonkey that tells me two scripts are applicable to the geocaching webpages (send2geo and GME). I am ready to try any suggestions...
  3. v 0.6.6 does not work for me... Updated this morning on switch on and while I see a whole shed load of new maps listed on the right, OS maps and Bing Aerial are not there and the setting icons (and others) are missing from the lower left. Am I doing something wrong? Steve
  4. Had problems with the script this evening - it refused to load three of the map types. I followed the troubleshooting guide further up this page and brought up the console (which was reporting "Failure to load resource"). So, I used the reset commands and all is now well. However... and there is always a "however", the map list has changed. The order is different and I am sure there are one or two extra ones listed. Any idea what might have happened (so I don't do it again)? Many thanks for this great script. A real help in planning.
  5. LOWER LEFT - that is much better. Thanks for the simple, quick answer.
  6. OK - I must be doing something wrong here but can't spot what I am doing wrong... Just noticed today that the GC.com map is back to Google Map + Satellite. My little map stack in the corner had gone! Read the thread here and downloaded the latest version 0.5.9, checked it is enabled etc. but I do not see the stack or the cog wheel to enable changes etc. Where have I gone wrong? What have I missed? Cheers Steve
  7. Just tried this for the first time and think it is FANTASTIC. I had been using another script since the Google Satellite view had disappeared and it "interacted" with this script adversely (no option to choose map source) so I removed that script and just run this one. A must for all UK geocachers. Many thanks. (p.s. I am using it in Chrome)
  8. Only by using the Greasemonkey addin script...
  9. I had also discovered this but was not going to say anything in case it was an oversight and would get withdrawn... If you want to see where any one cache is, on its page you can click on the map (Dynamic Map) and choose satellite - this still works OK. Should we be keeping this quiet?
  10. I have seen lots of people saying these satellite views are useless but I don't see any comments from Groundspeak themselves - have I missed a statement or some news on this loss of a feature? UPDATE - I have now found a news item on the website about it. Had sort of expected to see it a little more prominently displayed. Is Groundspeak a non-for-profit organisation? Are there shareholders etc.? If not, doesn't it qualify for continued free usage?
  11. I have not really felt strongly enough to post a note before but this is too much. I like the new map - nice and clear - but the complete lack of the satellite / aerial view is really poor. Surely Groundspeak would have tested this for some sites outside of the USA before releasing this to the community? I don't remember having this problem in any of the beta versions... Please can we have our satellite view back?
  12. I have have reviewed all of the posts here and most people seem to be doing very well. I, on the otherhand, being completely new to building these have missed something... I would like to make a simple linear module where you start at the parking and then it tells to you go to the first zone - how do I get it to do that? When they get to the zone, I would like to ask them a question that needs to be answered there. I have written the question but I do not know how to make it appear when they get there... I have also included the possible answers but it has not asked me which is the correct one - how do I do that? If they get it right, I would like to tell them to move to the next location and answer another question. So, how do I get that instruction to appear? I guess there is a simple .urwigo file out there that shows me exactly this but I have not found it yet. I have watched the Youtube videos as far as I can but still seem to be a little lost (pardon the pun). Many thanks for any responses.
