Not sure if I should post after Cheech and Chong....... Great looking coin. We went to a Redwings game just last week. We're (LordYatchman and I) from the Detroit area and would love to have 4 of your coins. We don't yet have a personal coin (maybe in the preliminary stages) and don't have much to trade so add us to the buying list.

I'm also thinking of one of my own and when they both happen I'm sure we could work out a trade. I like personal coins since they are so unique....

I've been wondering about this coin too as I put in the other thread if this ever got made I wanted 4-5. I think they are going ahead on it but an "official" update would be nice so I could allocate my coin money

I'm thinking of one with my avartar. I really like the SunshineGang coin and my bee reminds me a bit of that. What do you think?

There are several that I would love to have in my small but growing collection but I like many others couldn't swing the whole thing. If you start putting them up for auction let us know. I will bid on several I'm sure and if you give me your ebay name I will add you to my favorite sellers list so I could be notified that way too. Best to you and yours.

I was really beginning to get worried here in Michigan as you all were posting that you got yours last week and it normally only takes two days from Utah to here. When I opened my mailbox today there they were!! Thanks goodness!! They are really beautiful coins.

Not sure if this qualifies or not. On 12/8 I picked up a Seven Summits--Mt McKinley geocoin from GCR2F9. I then passed it to another cacher who placed it in a cache on 12/15. There isn't a coin actually in a cache that it is listed in or any one available for moving within 50 miles of my house!

I'm a newbie to this and have nothing really to trade so I wouldn't expect this coin in my mailbox. Last night I was watching and saw two go up but I just wasn't quick enough. However, there was a Santa out there for me as I received 2 MIGO coins from a local cachcer last week so I could use them for stocking stuffers! If you have decoded the phrase before getting the final piece, then it does only take a few seconds to type it in. The final piece can just be icing on the cake if you have figured it out beforehand or it can be the piece that pushes you in the right direction.

It seems to me that you win when you log in the correct phrase because that's when it tells you that are a winner. Someone shouldn't be penalized because they take longer to think about their final comments. In fact, I not sure you even have to make any final comments. I'm assuming that they are working on the site to fix a few of those glitches I don't know any of the final finishers but I know its been a great time for all of us. This has really been a great race especially at the end. I can't see the winners board after the first 250 but looking at the latest activity it looked to me that SPnZ logged the correct phrase 15 sec before Stbk but stbk is listed as the 250th coin winner. Not sure how that came to be. As I have been following several players, I would still like to be able to see where they finished. Is it me or are the finishers after 250 invisible?

Congratulations on finishing and bagging that coin that you've been waiting for!! My hat's off to you Craig...see my above post. I only went about 220 miles but a friend of mine is probably going about 450 miles this weekend for his.

The problem with setting up your own event I thought was the timing involved in that it took 2 weeks or there abouts for an event to be approved. But I may be wrong on that. You need it set up through gc.com with a waypoint to log it into coin quest. It's worth a try though. It looks like the middle of next week when all the coins will be won......

Boy a 600+ mile round trip in one day to bag your event!!! My hats off to you. I'm rooting for you to make it and back to work the next day without old man winter rising his ugly face. It's players like you and CraiginCT and all the others with those long trips that make me furious with the ones who have logged events and not attended. Well as has been said to me what comes around goes around. I've had an absolute blast!!! I will be watching the leader board for you guys to bag that coin....

Yipeee!!!! I finished! But now what am I going to do with a full night's sleep now that I don't have to wait for my 2:16 am log in time!! I asked that question and from your answer logged the virtual that was placed in 2003 as a #12 and was going to upload a picture to show I was there. If thats going to be disqualified I have another found in 2003 that I could enter but since that's what you said..... I know of another person who did the same thing as I did with a virtual placed in 2003. LadyBee4T
