Let me add this: people who do have phobias are keyed in to anticipate (and thereby avoid) situations that tax their abilities to cope. You don't have to watch out for them because they are plenty busy watching out for themselves. That being said, I still think it is a courtesy to warn anyone about something uniquely [and potentially] freaky. Even if you try to keep it a secret in your description, dramatic features are apt to be mentioned in the logs.

I think the admin staff have a context for what you're presenting. As long as you say something like, "No more dangerous than your average cache, but those stressed by heights, water, or tight enclosures may feel uncomfortable," then I think you've given sufficient warning to seekers. Finder logs will help quantify the degree of possible discomfort. If you're uncertain you might have a buddy beta-test it for you and offer an opinion.

I came across the Columbus Navigation Page today and I don't think I'll ever complain about losing a lock under the leaves again. I found the link describing navigation by dead reckoning fascinating. Yup, I'm getting those, too. Some of the map loads, but some squares are just those green checks. Friendlier than red crosses, I guess. It does seem to be worse for higher resolutions. max Just visiting this planet

My Venture did this today; glad to find this information in a forum search. A squeeze at the suggested e-zone brought my display back, but it still seems to be popping in and out. I like the notion, Markwell...like the categories, too. As I was driving into work today I was thinking about some caching analog to the Academy Awards. It could be some annual vote by cachers for something like five of their favorite caches found in the past year--perhaps limited to caches that had been placed within the past year. Regionalizing it is a good idea...solves problems of higher cacher populations dominating the vote. It seemed to be it would be a positive (albeit imperfect) way to recognize and draw attention to caches that are popular. Maybe a little blue ribbon icon or something could be a part of the cache listing. No put-down of other caches...heck, I'd be tickled if I got a single vote for a cache of mine. It would be something to do when it's cold and snowy out... max Just visiting this planet
