  6. Realised that my initial question might not be the easiest so have therefore edited it. Therefore question is amended to: Steve Redgrave is probably one of our most successful and best known Olympians. He has six olympic medals spanning from 1984 to 2000. Can you tell me: Year Medal Colour Rowing Event for each medal.
  7. Hope that the following helps. So sorry to hear of your loss. The Rainbow Bridge inspired by a Norse legend By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill, Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still. Where the friends of man and woman do run, When their time on earth is over and done. For here, between this world and the next, Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest. On this golden land, they wait and they play, Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness, For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness. Their limbs are restored, their health renewed, Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued. They romp through the grass, without even a care, Until one day they start, and sniff at the air. All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back, Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack. For just at that instant, their eyes have met; Together again, both person and pet. So they run to each other, these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last. The sadness they felt while they were apart, Has turned into joy once more in each heart. They embrace with a love that will last forever, And then, side-by-side, they cross over… together. Lend Me A Pup I will lend to you for a while, a pup, God said, For you to love her while she lives and mourn for her when she's dead. Maybe for twelve or fourteen years, or maybe two or three But will you, 'till I call her back, take care of her for me. She'll bring her charms to gladden you and (should her stay be brief) you'll always have her memories as solace for your grief. I cannot promise she will stay since all from earth return But there are lessons taught below I want this pup to learn. I've looked the whole world over in search of teachers true And from the folk that crowd's life's land I have chosen you. Now will you give her all your love Nor think the labor vain, Nor hate me when I come to take my Pup back again. I fancied that I heard them say "Dear Lord Thy Will be Done," For all the joys this Pup will bring, the risk of grief we'll run. We'll shelter her with tenderness we'll love her while we may And for the happiness we've known forever grateful stay But should you call her back much sooner than we've planned, We'll brave the bitter grief that comes, and try to understand. If, by our love, we've managed, your wishes to achieve In memory of her we loved to help us while we grieve, When our faithful bundle departs this world of strife, We'll have yet another pup, and love her all her life
  8. Seeing as it's Olympic year. Steve Redgrave is one of our best known and successful Olympians. He has six olympic medals spanning from 1984 to 2000. Can you tell me: Olympic Year Medal Won Rowing event Crew for each medal Marigaux Toby

  10. Following on with another Grand National question - sorry! In 1993 the race was officially declared void after the horse and riders broke through the starting tape and did not pull up to restart. The jockeys continued to ride the full distance of the Grand National Course. What was the name of the horse who passed the post first? Also can you name the jockey and the trainer of the horse?

If I remember correctly from a trip to Canada in 97 it has a piece of glass floor that you can walk over - and see the crazy golf course round the base - all fine till some small child starts jumping up and down on it!!
