  1. Groetjes allemaal! (Wij spreken alleen Engels.) Greetings all! We are Rich and Amy, and we will be visiting Amsterdam, May 22-25. We would really enjoy meeting up with other Geocachers from the region, either for a meet-and-greet or better yet, to do some geocaching! Please let us know if you are interested in meeting up. (We only speak English.)

  4. We are experiencing the same problem when we put a link to a youtube video in our Adventure Lab cache. Any solutions yet??
  5. My wife and I will be traveling in Italy this fall and are interested in hosting an event so that we can meet some local geocachers. We were thinking of having the event on Thursday, October 11, perhaps in or near Montepulciano as we will be staying in the Buonconvento area at that time. Having never been to Italy before, we really don't have a clue as to where to hold the event, what time would be best for the meet and greet, etc. If there is anyone here that can help with some suggestions, we'd greatly appreciate them!
  6. Hi Skeletor! My daughter and I are also going to Iceland (next month!). I am taking 5 TBs with me that I've retrieved. And I am also going to start a few of my own. What was your experience with caching in Iceland? Did you find a good place to drop of TBs in Reykavik? I'm thinking that may be the best place.
  7. Twentse, I also get a kick out of sending out new travelbugs. I have seen some of ours go to Europe, Australia, Hawaii, etc. It is so fun to see how many miles some of this travelbugs are getting! But occasionally, one of them will just stop...no movement, and/or they are lost. I also would love to see an easy way of following my bugs. Sounds like the site you mentioned was wonderful! Hopefully someone will come up with a new way to watch our bugs on their travels!! I am traveling to Iceland (from Wisconsin, USA) with my daughter in August. I am taking 5 travelbugs that I have recently retrieved, and also I am going to start a few new ones. I hope that someone who is responsible and understands travelbugs will pick them up and keep them moving. Happy caching! And please start sending out TBs again! We LOVE to find them in caches!!
  8. Yeah, it was probably a dumb question. I guess what led me to the concern was that I was researching for TB hotels in Iceland, and only saw one in the whole country. It is in the northern area, where we won't be traveling.
  9. My daughter and I will be visiting Iceland in August (2017) from the U.S. I have several trackables (travel bugs) that I would like to bring with me and drop off in caches in Iceland. Probably near Reykavik, as that looks like it will be the most likely visited caches in Iceland. I am concerned that they won't be picked up, or worse yet, that people don't know what to do with trackables in Iceland. Any feedback??
