Hi all i have read reviews and product descriptions but am still kind of confused. I'm looking for something made for the electronically simple minded lol...So heres the units at the top of the list nothing over 150.00 Garmin etrex venture hc..119.99 garmin vista hcx 169.99 kinda high buts its a bundle garmin h 99.00 magella explorist GC 149.00 magella explorist 210 99.00 im still new and i have a backtrack but something i can use thats simple and i dont mind paper....something that will be easy to program and is pretty ease of use..not care for the bells and whistles unless its affordable as a student something that will last at least 4 yrs while in college....thanks wayne

Have you made a find yet!!! No I didnot do that yet, waiting for a week day when everyone is at work. I like it better when no one is around. I have a ways to go with thyis thing. Every time I read something on this post I get confused all over again i feel the same... going into a new neighborhood makes me weird lol im kind of hard to miss, so i keep thinking im being watched haha

Many caches are metal containers or contain metal something. Nice for probing dark areas, out of reach areas, under snow etc..... ahhhhh good to know....
