This is probably a somewhat dumb question, but do you have to pay for a monthly subscription for GPS'rs? I know cell phone ones do sometimes, but other times dont, is it a GPS to GPS basis?

I watched it not too long ago with a friend (after seeing it on Netflix before and turning it off) and I actually ended up liking it. I had no idea geocaching existed until I saw it, and that part of the movie stuck with me. So I googled it and found out that geocaching is a real thing. And I started doing it . I also didn't notice the language. But it turned me on to geocaching so hey .

The only time I'm stealthy at all is putting it back and whatnot. When I'm actually looking for it, I've never thought twice about people looking at me, if they ask, I'll tell them what I'm doing. But otherwise, I don't pay much attention to them and likewise they don't pay much attention to me.

I'm not a kid anymore, but I still like trading stuff. I just like stuff though, little things that I can put in my purse or in a drawer (or to re-trade) that will make me smile when I see it and remember that particular cache. I also like things like little plastic rings, stuff like that. Pretty marbles, decorative rocks, etc. That's what I take with me/trade .

I can't seem to find any information on this. I'm probably just missing it, but some help would be appreciated . When I search for caches near me, it gives a little size scale next to the search. I'm a little confused on what the cache sizes are in how they correspond to what size of container. Like, a micro cache would be one with just a log/small swag, right? Maybe a film canister? But what would an average size cache be? Etc.?
