    Pocket Query?

Do you mean run it again, or edit the parameters? Both are easily done. Run it again (like right now, or tomorrow) - Just check the correct day box on the main query page. (Uncheck it afterward if you don't want it to run every week on that day.) Edit the parameters of the query - Just open the existing query page (click on the query name on the main page), change whatever you want, then submit it again (note that it won't run right away unless it's scheduled to run on the current day (and hasn't run), or you check the box for the current day). I do it it a lot to tighten the time frames for my queries that cover Washington state every week. Hope that helps. If you're more specific in what you're trying to do, maybe we can offer further advice. Thank you for the reply. I have found that some of the caches in previous queries have been archived or discontinued and I want to update the information in my GPSr and PDA.

    Pocket Query?

Hope this is the right place for this question. Is there an easy way to update a pocket query?
  7. I am using Geojournal and Cachemate. I have way too many caches loaded in my E2, and want to delete them all and then update/reload using the catagories. My question, how do I delete them all at one time?
  8. Thank you for the reply. The Favs are ok , it was just some that I had loaded in the Extra.
  9. I have the Nuvi 260W, and I would like to know if it is possible and if so how to delete the extra POIs that are on my Nuvi. I am not using a SD card. Sorry about the double entry.
  10. Many thanks for the replies. cosports.com Sporting in Colorado, has lots of various info. I was aware that my gpsr can do all this magic but lately there have been several multis x5 or 6 in my area and I found it easier to do all the various put tos and take aways siting at my puter desk.
  11. Thanks for the replies. I think I will just keep on playing with what I have, at least till bucks are more plentiful.
  12. I presently have a Vista HCX and it is good, but my eyesight isn't what it used to be and the screen is almost useless to me. What would any of you seniors suggest as a replacement for this portly senior?
  13. Hope this is the right place for this question. I am seeing a lot of caches lately that give a number and say to add it to the seconds, and I would like to know where I can find a set of conversions between the various notations since my math abilities are zip. Disregard, I found what I was looking for.
  14. Thanks for the help folks.
  15. If I no longer want one or more of my lists, how can I delete it/them, or can it be done?
  16. This oleman thanks you for the reply.
  17. Have tried other forums/support sites with no luck so thought I would come to the pros for help. I am using a Palm Tungsten E2, Cachemate and MacCM Convert. My question is how does one delete the caches already listed in the PDA? Is the hard reset the only option?
  18. That did the trick. Many thanks from us both. Look at the folder where you point the POI Loader to. You have multiple files and/or subfolders. You will find a file named Geocache Tourguide.gpx (thanks to pilotsnipes) and a file named Geocaches.gpx (something you created previously). Delete Geocaches.gpx and rerun POI Loader. Thanks for the assist, will do it in the AM or asap.

  20. I hope I am putting this in the right place. I went thru the new tutorial last night and this morn when I turned my nuvi on and selected extras then custom Poi's, there were three lists I had not seen before, 1 All Categories 2 Geocache TourGuide and 3 Geocaches. I am using a nuvi 260W. The All Caches list contained caches that I had previously deleted in GSAK prior to loading my nuvi AND caches that I kept but are displayed with lat/log data and cache id Gcxx. The Geocache TourGuide list displayed caches I had saved in GSAK but also had lat/log data and cache id Gcxx. The Geocaches list displayed caches that I had previously deleted in my gsak lists. Is this normal or as is probably the case, did I do/miss something or wrong?

  22. OH My! This is one of the reason that the first thing I do when I get up in the morning, is go check my drivers license to be sure I remember who I am. I use GSAK and should have thought of that nice little feature.
