Yay! Went to bed and now I've just woken up ready for a day's caching and they've finally run. Cool beans.

I'm also having problems running pocket queries. I'm trying to run a PQ from one of my bookmark lists and I've been waiting nearly 2 hours. There's only about 37 or so caches in it and I've not ever had to wait much longer than 10 mins for one to come through before. I'm in the UK. Just tried running a My Finds PQ and it ran with no problems, the other is sat there not doing anything.
