  1. Just a note that complicated routes still Server Error in '/' Application error. In fact, I have new variant of the problem today. I have route which I was able to save, but when I attempt to create a pocket query from it, I get the error. However, it gets saved to my list of pocket queries anyway! If I try to edit the pocket query, I get the Server Error in '/' Application error. However, the pocket query does run and I get the results emailed to me! I looked at the results in Google Earth and they are what I expect.
  2. I've found 8 cache's on Maui. Sunglasses is my favorite. I'll be back in September and should be finding a whole bunch then.
  3. OK, I think I figured out what the issue is. If you have a .KML with multiple routes (by grouping them in a folder) in it, it fails. I'm sure this used to work.
  4. My recollection is that .KMZ used to work, but I do see the prompt is for .KML. However, I tried a .KML and got the same result...
  5. Since last week sometime (since the website update?), I've been trying to upload a .KMZ (I've tried a few different ones) to create a route. Everytime I upload I get the error: Server Error in '/' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ... How can I fix this? Are routes just not working since the website update?
  6. I've had the explorist XL for about a year and my girl fiend got one about a months ago. It works really good for both us. On rare occasions I have had lock ups. If I take out a battery and restart all is fine. I've called tech support a few times and it SUCKS! Their people there are obviously just ready from a knowledgebase and no real working knowledge. I speak as someone who has done support for 22 years and knows good and bad support when I see it.
  7. Let's say I have a bunch of GPS locations and I want to find the GPS center of them all. Anyone have an algorithm to do this or application that just does it? I know I could use GSAK and experiment with center locations and see how far away things are, but I was hoping for something more precise. I have a whole breadth of development tools (Pascal, C#, C++, Java and PHP) at my immediate disposal, so I lots of choices.
